STEP 5: Contract of sale will be prepared and sent to you immediately to execute - subject to finance.

STEP 6: Executed contract of sale must be returned along remainder of 5% deposit . (5% deposit - $1000 holding deposit paid)

STEP 7: Finance is unconditionally approved.

STEP 8: Contract of sale then becomes unconditional.

STEP 9: Settlement is arranged with developer and financier.

STEP 10: Property settles - you know you own your new investment property which in most cases is tennanted!
